Shares Senator’s Distrust of Administration and Democratic Leadership Priorities

Palm Springs, CA – Last week, Congresswoman Mary Bono Mack (CA-45) sent a letter to Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) urging him to resist the Democrats’ legislative agenda relating to climate change, due to a shared distrust in the Obama Administration. After sending this letter, Congresswoman Bono Mack issued the following statements:

“President Obama has proven himself, with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, incapable of earning the public’s trust. In the wake of the healthcare debacle, bailouts and stimulus, it is clear that the American people have lost confidence in the Administration because of their blatant disregard for the democratic process.

“I am deeply concerned with where the Majority has taken Congress in the last year, and I strongly urge Senator Graham to resist the Administration’s legislative agenda.”
