Bono Mack Earns Strong Support For Re-Election Effort

Palm Springs, CA - Congresswoman Mary Bono Mack’s campaign today announced that it has received nearly a quarter of a million dollars ($245,257) in contributions in the 3rd quarter filing period and as of September 30, 2008 has $462,548 Cash on Hand to support her re-election effort. By conveying her record of accomplishments on behalf of the constituents of the 45th District, Bono Mack is connecting with voters and she will continue to run a vigorous campaign, according to campaign manager Jon-Marc Blalock.

Congresswoman Bono Mack has served in the United States Congress since 1998. She currently sits on the prestigious Energy and Commerce committee that has jurisdiction over key policy areas such as health, energy, the environment and telecommunications. The 45th district includes the cities of Blythe, Cathedral City, Coachella, Hemet, Idyllwild, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage, and unincorporated areas within Riverside County.
